Linda was completely professional from the very start; I was very impressed. She was great in previewing our home and making recommendations about moving or removing furniture pieces to better show the house. She and Karen staged the house and it looked gorgeous. The house went on the market on a Friday morning and we had multiple offers well over the list price. Linda presented all and pointed out the pluses and minus in each. We got home on Sunday and signed the docs.
