Linda and Karen did an excellent job pricing, marketing, staging and representing our Carrollton home.  They took the time to develop a game plan to make necessary repairs/changes/updates to the property prior to staging.  Then came in and tastefully staged the home to show beautifully to potential buyers.  Within 48 hours of listing the property we received 14 offers; all for above asking price.  Linda then assisted us in reviewing each and every offer so that we understood all of the pros and cons of each one.  I am a builder by trade and sell multiple houses each year with brokers.  Linda and Karen are at the top of the list when it comes to seller representation, however I would not hesitate to use them to purchase property either.  Great job Castle Hills Real Estate!!!!
