Karen Liao

Karen Liao is Castle Hills Real Estate’s REALTOR and Office Manager, joining the Castle Hills Real Estate team in 2014! Karen specializes in residential leasing and property management as well as buyer services. She earned the Graduate REALTOR Institute, GRI designation within her first 2 years in real estate. This prestigious, nationally recognized designation is a mark of professionalism as well as a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the dynamic real estate market today. Karen is also certified as a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist. She applies her experience and expertise to help investors capitalize on the robust rental market here in North Texas. 

Karen has been a longtime resident of North Texas. Born in Fort Worth, she spent some time overseas in Singapore and Taiwan as a child before returning to Plano for high school. Karen studied psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and continued on to receive her Masters degree at the University of Texas at Dallas.  Her passion to help others combined with her background in psychology translates into an understanding agent who is knowledgeable and easy to work with.
