Supply chain issues are expected to ease in 2022
but labor shortages may still limit the production of new homes. We expect new
construction starts will tick up a bit, but not enough to fill the needs of the
number of buyers out there.
They are also saying that 2022 will not experience a huge
“correction” (dare I say the word, “crash”) in the housing market, as bad loans
are not being made/given to buyers like they were in the early 2000’s.
