In October, number of home sales fell 14.1% compared to last year. However, even with less closings last month, we are still seeing a rising median home price, now at $402,250, increasing 17.3% compared to October 2020. The number of active listings is still on a decline with 37.1% less active listings this year than last year. With significantly low inventory, our months of inventory in October was just 0.9 compared to 1.4 last year. We are continuing to see a strong seller's market with buyer demand outweighing amount of inventory.
