The latest numbers are out for May 2021! Here in our Denton County, we saw 23.1% increase in median price compared to May 2020! That is huge and an indicator of this hot market. Active listings were down over 65% compared to last year as well. Closed sales increased by 22%. The combination of reduced inventory and more purchases contributes to the less than 1 month of inventory currently.
