The monthly housing report for January 2021 is out! We started the year with a continuation of low market inventory. In Denton County, median sales price increased 6.8% year over year. With a greater 61.2% decrease in active listings and staying at only 0.8 months of inventory. We are continuing to see a strong seller’s market leading to more buyer competition and higher home prices.
