The monthly housing report for December 2020 was just released! We closed out the year with same trends seen throughout the last quarter of 2020. In Denton County, median sales price increased 8.9% year over year. The decrease 57.5% decrease in active listings resulted in only 0.8 months of inventory. The strong seller’s market continued to give us higher prices, more buyer competition and lower days on market.
