The monthly housing report is out for October 2020! The trends we saw this summer continued strong into the beginning of the 4th quarter. Median sales price has risen 10.6% year-over-year. We had 46.1% less active listings available with 30.1% more number of closed sales. This all leads to even lower inventory at just 1.4 months of inventory! The strong seller's market gives us higher prices, more buyer competition and lower days on market.
